Sources of the philosophy

AgentOrganon uses the Core philosophy for its own maintenance. Workspace assessment uses your explicitly selected adopted philosophy; the bundled Core cannot silently replace it.

The root PHILOSOPHY.md is a read-only source link; workspace adoption uses a separate regular file. Installation updates do not automatically change an adopted philosophy.
